Waterfalls
Another great hike up one of Salt Lakes national parks. This time by Mt. Timpanogos. The hike wasn't too bad, and the scenery was amazing. The drive out of the city and into this national park was about an hours worth of sharp turns and narrow lanes up the mountain. It started to rain as we got to the actual waterfall so we weren't able to stay for too long.

Summer in Salt Lake
I've been in Salt Lake for about a month now, and it's been amazing so far! I've been busy since my arrival. I started my internship, have gone hiking a few times; went to Moab, Utah for some white river rafting ( a truly amazing experience), and hitting up biology seminars and talks. It's been very productive! These are from the delicate arch and the pine tree arch in the arches national forest at Moab as well. The hike was tough due to the altitude change, but it was worth the huffing and puffin to see these very pretty structures!
